Grand Canyon National Park – More Than Just a 5,000 Foot Deep Hole
Probably one of the most recognized names in the National Park system is Grand Canyon National Park. Sporting one of the wonders of the world, this historic park is a legend throughout the entire world as a spectacular sight of mind boggling proportions. With over 1,902 square miles to explore, your Grand Canyon vacation can keep you busy that’s for sure. The most popular viewing sight is along Highway 64 and is known as the South Entrance. There is a smaller area from which you can view the canyon at the North end off of Highway 67. There is no connection between the two entrances except via a five hour drive over the Navajo Bridge.
